If so, you'll need to unlink your Microsoft account from your game save data and potentially from your device itself. You can do this by managing your devices and privacy settings through your Microsoft account online and deleting your game save data through the Xbox app.

1 Sign in to your Microsoft account online. Go to

account.microsoft.com/devices/content.

Find the device you play Hydro Thunder Hurricane on.

Unlink your device: Select Unlink to remove the device from your account.

2 Delete your game save data.

Open the Xbox app. Launch the Xbox app on your PC.

Sign in: Make sure you're signed in with the same Microsoft account you used for Hydro Thunder Hurricane.

Access your game save data. Go to Settings > Games > Game Save Data.

Find Hydro Thunder Hurricane. Locate the game in the list.

Delete data. Click "Delete all data" and confirm your choice.

Restart. Restart your PC and launch the game.

Thanks for keeping us updated. The console most likely needs to download the Xbox 360 profile for the new account. The way you can do that is to launch the game, pull up the Xbox 360 guide menu, go to the Xbox 360 storage settings, delete the profile
if it is in the storage and download it back. We'll provide more detailed steps explaining how to complete this process. Let us know if this helps KiernanOX!

How to remove your profile:

1. Launch an Xbox 360 game on your Xbox One
2. Wait until you get past the Xbox logo and press the View and
   Menu buttons at the same time to pull up the Xbox 360 guide
3. Go to Settings and look for storage settings
4. Select profiles
5. Delete your profile(Profile only) Do not delete profile and items

How to download your profile:

1. Once your profile has been removed, press the View and
   Menu buttons at the same time to pull up the Xbox 360 guide
2. Select download profile

It's a recent issue, within the last month.

A minimum of 1 month subscription is required.
