Hvent received Forza games from game pass promotion

Its been over 10 days and they have still not shown up.

Never Received Free Forza Horizon 3 or Forza 7 Games with Purchase of Xbox Game Pass for $99 Promo

Took advantage of the Xbox Game Pass Promotion above but never received the Free Forza games

Games were supposed to be received by Oct 21st via Xbox Message Center, but I have received nothing yet.

Any help would be appreciated - Thanks!

Unfortunately Game Pass is only available as a 1 month subscription. There was previously a promotion in which you received

12 months of game pass + Forza motorsport 7 and Forza Horizon 3 but this promotion is no longer available. I do apologize for the inconvenience.

Codes will be sent out through October 21. If you don't receive them by that date, you'll want to post back.

Did you download a game and it is not showing up?

Or are you referring to Forza Horizon 4. If it is Forza Horizon 4 you still need to go and down load it. The betas does not automatically download the new game.

 

They have until oct 21 so you need to wait a lil bit more maybe...

 

Its supposed to be forza 7 and forza horizon 3 for buying a year of game pass. Contacting support usually ends up directing you here soi just came here first as ive been through this with mixpots multiple times. I appreciate all the replies though!
