Hunter the Reckoning not available digitally in HK store despite it appearing on the BC list

Hi there,

Just want to point out that Hunter the Reckoning (among some other OG xbox games) not available digitally in HK store despite it appearing on the BC list. Will they ever be purchasable at a later stage? Please fix this problem since it's quite misleading
to the customers who had been anticipating to play these titles ever since the announcement

Hunter The Reckoning: Redeemer?

So I was wondering. Why isn't Hunter the Reckoning: Redeemer supported on the Xbox 360? I was looking through the list of supported games and Hunter the Reckoning is supported, but not Hunter the Reckoning: Redeemer. If anyone can answer this for me I'd
appreciate it greatly. I don't want to have to go out and buy another original Xbox just to play the game.

Mass Effect 2 & 3 on XBone?

When I check the XBL store on my XBone for either ME2 or 3 the store page says that the game is unavailable.
If I purchase either or both games from the XBL store on my 360, will I be able to access and download a backwards compatible version of either or both games on my XBone?

The list of currently available backwards compatible games for the XBone, found in the link below, lists both ME2 and 3 despite the XBL store not allowing me to download them. Is this an error on the XBL store or am I expected to own them digitally? I already
have ME1 on my XBone but did not need to own it digitally.

Hey there, unfortunately, not all titles will be available in a digital flavor, however, they will still become back compat for those users who may own disc's. It may be worth checking with some local game retailers in an effort to chase down a physical
copy you can play.

Please list the country you're in, appears to be a problem in Eastern Europe and MiddleEastern countries

I suggest you check other digital stores to see if it is available there, may be censorship

Hello again,

The game as it appears on our Available Backward Compatible Games should be available via disc or digital.

Attempt to follow this Troubleshoot playing Xbox 360 games on your Xbox One article.

One suggestion would also be to try the same disc on a different console, even with this being the only title that does not play, this would be just to make sure that the Optimal Disc Drive is not the cause of the issue.

Try this out and let us know if this works.

Did a power cycle, but have performed a factory reset in the last 2 months (the game was released to BC in April). The disc was bought in like new condition and reads the disc title on an Xbox 360 (although it does not play as the game is not compatible
with the Xbox 360 BC program).

I have figured it out. This is such a dumb error. Turns out the game store I bought the disc from put the Redeemer disc in the case for the original game. As only the original game is compatible, and not it's sequel, of course it was not working. Thank
you everyone for trying to help.
