Ok but how to reset the dvbc without resetting the remote code?? After just changing the code what is the next step?? Thx a lot

Resetting the STB does not reset the IR code, it is a factory pre-set.

I've got the same issue, did some digging and found that Humax manufactures their boxes. Unfortunately, the Google customer care rep was unable to tell me what Humax model number theirs closely resembles as I was hoping to try to spoof it through the Xbox.
