    I have tried calling Microsoft in both U.K. and US but it seems I can't actually speak to a human as the recorded message says to log in to you account and request a call back!!!

    This is why you need friends on bf3!

    it seems that this game has caused more problems with past BC2 friends that got a long then, but not now, i think because the game changes your sides or you can't switch sides at times, you end up going after your gaming friends, and at times they get P.O.
    about it.

    Friends list is gone!

    During all the 'Login to Live' problems earlier I kept my console switched off, occasionally switching it on again and trying to log in. After a friend text me and said Live was back on, I immediately logged in, no problems. Apart from my entire friends
    list has disappeared too! I tried to request friends again but it wouldn't allow it. My friends say they can see when I come online but I'm basically a lone gunman out there! Can't message, can't party up.... do Microsoft have any idea of a time scale for
    rectification?
