Human Fall Flat Not Showing Up In Game Search

Sorry to hear you are having issues finding Human Fall Flat. Perhaps the link given was different than the version available in the Xbox app.

First make sure their PC is up to date. If you want to install the upgrade now, select Start > Settings > Windows Update > Check for updates. If the upgrade is available, you can choose to install it.

Install Microsoft Store Updates and sign out

1. Open the Microsoft Store app on your computer.
   
2. In the bottom left corner of the Microsoft Store, click on the library icon
   
3. In the top left corner, click Get Updates then Update all and wait for the updates to install.
   
4. Once the updates are installed, click on your profile icon in the top right corner of the screen.
   
5. Under your email address, click on Sign out.

Make sure they are signed in to their Microsoft account to access their games, subscriptions, and Xbox profile.

• Open the Xbox app.
  
• Select Profile & settings in the upper right corner and then select Sign in.
  
• Windows will automatically find your account info. If you don’t recognize the Xbox profile shown, select Switch accounts and then enter a different Microsoft account
  

Your friend should be able to search for Human Fall Flat in the search box in the Xbox game.

If they are a Game Pass member, select the Game Pass tab, and then choose a game from the catalog or type it in the search box. On the game’s page, select Install and then follow the prompts. For more info about PC Game Pass, see:

To install a game from the Microsoft Store, select the Store tab, and then choose a game or type it in the search box. On the game’s page, select one of the following:

• Buy. Make sure to choose the correct edition in the drop-down before confirming your purchase.
  
• Get. This applies to free games.
  
• Install. This applies to games you already own.
  

Your game or add-on starts installing when your transaction is complete.
