Human customer service access for changing deactivated email

i would suggest that you should call up xbox customers services since they might change your password or email to help you access the account at first which you then can change back

If the parents account is deactivated u can call xbox support to get the parent account change with a different parent email or if he stills has access the email he can still the change the password and once u gain access to the account u change the email
email to a more update one. If u are already the age of 18yrs old then you should promote your account to an adult account then having it as a child account.

Is a simple way to just report the email so the entire email gets deactivated.

This is the account I want deactivated but will I be able to recreate a new one from scratch under this email if I deactivate it?

For example if I deactivate it will I be allowed to create a brand new one after on the same email with the ability to change the name to something better? Also losing all my achievements whoever used my email got?
