Huge bootup error

Discus and support Huge bootup error in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Currently with my xbox, when i turn it on, my tv will say on connection, and after about a minute of waiting my xbox shuts itself down, duing the one...     Huge bootup error


    Currently with my xbox, when i turn it on, my tv will say on connection, and after about a minute of waiting my xbox shuts itself down, duing the one minute, it does a low pitched ticking about 6 times, I would love to know how to fix this problem.

    if the fan is failing or not working properly then it wont boot to save further damage.

    It could be the fan, it does stop some of the times it does the ticking, but the tv should still be picking up a signal but it isn't doing so

    the ticking can be one of 2 things.

    Fan failure

    HDD failure

    may have to book in for repair.

    I have taken apart the xbox to check which part wasn't working, it was the HDD, I will have to replace it myself.
