It is only designed for Xbox Series X/S. You won't be able to use that on Xbox One or PC/laptop.

I am sorry but the Expansion card won't work for that.

I am not sure why it said to connect it to a PC, since it is not possible.

If you want to install more games on your series console, then yes, that expansion card will work. It will be able to store a few games. If you fill it up, and want to install another game, you can uninstall one, then install that game.
