http error 500 when attempting to log into halo support / halo waypoint

little more help here? am i going to have to open a new question?

after changing my password and removing cookies / cache / autofill data and attempting to log into halo support the page loads for a longer time but i am now still left with "this site isn't working" "login.halowaypoint.com is currently unable to handle this request." "HTTP ERROR 500"

my halo waypoint account is my microsoft account, i will try to change my microsoft account password and retry. i will reply again with the result

my audio drivers are up to date, always have been

i have tweeted / linked halo support on twitter and got no response a little under a year ago.

i cannot submit a support ticket on their website, i cant sign in dude. you need to sign in to submit a ticket
