Your friends will be under the friends tab. When you find someone you want to add someone as a friend just to to their profile and click on add friend.

Thank you for contacting the forums. When you are signed into your Microsoft account click on it and select 'Xbox profile'. It will redirect you to a new page and on the right hand side where it says 'Friends and Clubs' enter in the GamerTag you want to
add. Their profile should now appear on screen and click on the button that says 'Add friend'.

I'm trying to login in xbox website from my windows 10, when i click in profile another error: Bad Request - Request Too Long
