    Has anyone ever pre-ordered from the Ubishop?

    I just can't believe how BAD Customer Service is nowadays.

    I ordered a laptop for my mother for her birthday/xmas from HP after seeing a deal on the HP Store website, they clearly ran out of laptops so after only getting sent a basic printer (was part of the deal, sells for 40-50 quid on eBay not bothered about that
    as how cheap for the laptop spec you get) no contact on their behalf about this, emails/phone calls about getting offered a slightly better laptop since they don't have mine (good right that's what decent customer service) said I'd get phoned etc I didn't.
    Only contact from HP would be when I'm phoning them or a reply to a email that I had sent, if didn't do anything I'd be left so confused with the lack of communication.

    They didn't charge me so just didn't bother with them in the end, and found decent one on amazon so did get a printer for free but the hassle shouldn't happen. So same with UbiStore. No idea they was trying to process my order, they have on the front of things
    a decent account system, logs all payment types,orders etc. But they didn't use my other payment methods and with the orders themselves can't edit them etc like cancel. It should be law that every retail site has to have a decent backend user system like amazon,shopto
    etc. <.<

    Xbox One, Xbox Live and Timewarner Cable: Unable to connect to any live/multiplayer games.

    Everything works except multiplayer. I have to test my connection with the game open and running in order for it to work.

    Arris Cable Modem as well. Have open NAT, 4 iPhones, 4 laptops, a 360 and One, and an HP printer. No issues with any of my devices except for the One.
