How would one bring microsoft to court?

I'm honestly pissed about the enforcement team doing a shoddy job and allowing predators to roam free, racism continue, homophobic people run around, false bans and I've racked enough evidence to give Microsoft a lot of legal trouble

Fable 2 covered the building of the Spire. What I would like to see is how Theresa uses it and perhaps have our hero destoy it. Maybe the Spire will be used tot bring back Jack of Blades or even the entire court.

Taking an issue like this to court yeah, it needs to be taken to a small claims court to keep these multinational companies in check so we the people can keep our rights to do what we want with the things we have bought to own.

Imagine if some one could not customize a car, there would not be any hot rods, low riders or monster trucks out there.

Sorry but no, the policy is there because once an unauthorized service is done Microsoft has no way of knowing what has been done to the system. It makes it difficult for them to repair and if they did repair anything they'd be culpable for any damages
done by the unauthorized repair.

It seems--to me--that your only other recourse would be to bring up a civil suit against the insurance company if they refuse to accept responsibility for this. Sadly it would cost you more in court costs to sue them than it would be to buy an Xbox One
let alone a 360.
