Report them via their profile.

Please don't post videos/images calling out other gamertags as it's against forum rules.

The enforcement team don't accept videos as they can be tampered with.

You can send recorded clips to Ubisoft if you choose, but it's not a guarantee.

There is a system in place currently for teamkillers on Siege, which increases based on the frequency of offenses.

If the kill is obvious and you have recorded proof, I would contact Ubisoft either via their support, or through twitter and ask what your options are with them.

A video of a single teamkill is unlikely to get somebody banned by Xbox itself.

Not to mention that I sat and waited for 2 hours for my xbox to connect to the internet and finally when I can play i get teamkilled and comm banned, so thank you for banning someone who got teamkilled, shows you guys are really looking out for us little

Alright, thanks, let's hope the guy is chill and won't screw me over, i'd rather not get my account banned, years and years of stuff on it, plus I know how difficult it is to talk to microsoft support about bans

I was playing on Firestorm and spawned at the uncap when I was teamkilled by a nade and I saw him jump in the chopper. Funny thing is I wasn't even sure if I wanted to take the chopper or go grab a tank, so I just teamkilled him twice back. Guy sent me a
message calling me a noob and I replied says the person who teamkilled me for the chopper
