How would I find a Microsoft account using only the gamertag

So I first made a Microsoft account to play Minecraft on my PlayStation 4 in 2018. After doing this the Microsoft account then asked for me to verify it but since the account was originally wrong the verification code was sent to the wrong email. Now whenever I try to log into a different email I’m told to log into the email that was originally connected but since it’s not my email I can not get into it to disconnect it. Since then I decided to make a new Microsoft email and connect it to a different PlayStation account. One being only for Minecraft and one being the main account I use. After trying to send an invite to my main account from the Minecraft one it show that a Microsoft account and gamertag is connected to my main account. So how would I be able to find and disconnect said Microsoft account from my main PlayStation account.

You wouldn't be able to with only the gamertag.

That being said even if you could unlink the old Microsoft account from your main PSN account, Sony will not let you link a different Microsoft account afterwards.

Sony will only let you relink the original Microsoft account that was first linked.

There's no way to sign in using only the gamertag. He would have to find his Microsoft account and then he can reset the password.

If you have any other email accounts, I would try using those also. Microsoft Accounts can only have one Xbox Live account tied to them, the accounts can't be deleted or replaced, only moved. If you are downloading a different gamertag, then the original
gamertag is linked to another email - it's finding which one that's the problem.

There is no way to discover the email with only the Gamertag. To have a chance to discover the email, you need to follow the steps above.

It's not possible to request a gamertag or to find out exactly how inactive an account is. Since accounts can be used on other Microsoft services, it could be in use elsewhere.
