how would I delete my account off my system that was stolen?

Sorry to hear about what happened. This is clearly not the situation I want you to be in. Based on the link here if you visit your account advanced security options https://account.live.com/proofs/manage/addition... the system cannot sign you out of Xbox.

Our best option here is for you to change your account password and make sure your security information like phone number or alternate email address are updated. Please also set a PIN on your account. You may sign in your account to your friend's console or a family member's to setup PIN.

In regard to your stolen console, they recommend that you report your stolen console to your local law enforcement as well as your insurance company. You’ll need to provide the serial number for the missing console.

First off if you delete the users account it won't let you play it. Second no this is how people get their accounts stolen and hacked. Nice try though.

When you delete a game from your account, it will also be removed from any other accounts that have that game installed on the same console. This is because the game is installed on the console itself, rather than on individual accounts. If you want to keep the game on your sibling's account, you can either reinstall it on their account or create a separate account for them to use on the console.
