How would I change my Childs ask for approval when purchasing setting I don't see it

By default, a child's account is set to require an adult's approval before a child can make a purchase through their account. If you choose to turn to Ask to buy off, your son can make purchases without an adult’s approval. To turn this feature off, follow these steps:

1. Sign in to your Family page with an adult Microsoft account at https://account.microsoft.com/family/home.

2. Find the child's name and select the Spending tab. (If it's not on your Family Group, kindly add his account as a MEMBER).

3. Under the Spending page, switch "Require approval for every purchase" to Off. It should be like the screenshot below.

Was "my fault"... :|

checking the child permission, the first time, i saved the account under 'custom' profile, not child.

So, the account was 'protected' but i wasn't able to approve the friendship request...

When i set the account with 'child' profile, all the process go ahead like you said, Twylyght Myst, asking my approval (parent account passwd) when the child try to add a new gamertag.

You are able to purchase paid content through both adult and child accounts. On a child account you would be able to purchase paid items if you are given permission to purchase items on the account, if this permission is not given through the child accounts
privacy & online safety settings then you would not be allowed to purchase.
