How would a voice communication report work?.

A familiar incident happened to my brother where he was in a party, they blocked and reported the incident to the Enforcement Team. The blocking and reporting method will always be the best course of action like my fellow Ambassadors
mentioned. I know we all strive for a fun and safe environment; unfortunately, we encounter mishaps here and there. However, that's why we have these policies and procedures in place to deal with situations. Happy Gaming

The only way the Enforcement Team would know if someone broke the Code of Conduct in a party chat, would be if someone in that party reported the individual, or if there was an Enforcement Team member in that party.

The latter is unlikely to happen, but once the Enforcement Team receives a report, they have to first perform a thorough investigation in order to determine if this deserves an Enforcement Action.

You grant MS access to your XBL voice communications when you first set up a Microsoft account. So, if you report someone, the Enforcement Team goes back to the reported incident and listens, presumably.

It’s best to report AND block any player that is violating the Code of Conduct and try to select the closest offense to what occurred so the Enforcement Team knows what they are looking for to help the process along.

Since it happens on xbox live, I believe they are able to track what the user said.

I think the only way they will know is if someone reported a player. This will probably be investigated and if a pattern is seen with this player, enforcement steps will probably be taken
