    How will an Xbox purchased in Canada work in India?


    As the power plug and voltage supply are different, how will it work? Can Microsoft provide me with those adaptor, and power plug that is needed for it to work? Also is there an international warranty included or can be purchased separately? FYI - I purchased Xbox last year Dec.

    Thanks, so i should not be concerned about the voltage then as it is 230 V in India compared to 120 V in Canada. Also, is there any international warranty that i can purchase incase i need assistance in India ?

    You would need to get a standards figure 8 power lead from any electronics store for a few dollars, and make sure you change your account and console region to india

    Yes, a power brick compatible with the voltage and power outlets in India is required if you purchased your Xbox One in Canada and are using it there. In India, the voltage is 220 volts, compared to 120 volts in Canada. Directly plugging an Xbox One from Canada into an Indian power socket could harm the device.

    Yes it will, but you will need a power supply for india. As Canada and India use different voltages.
