Thank you for your kind answere and it did help me but yes my account was permanently banned for this action

which i dont really understand why since ive seen many many worse things as profile pictures which received just a few days suspension

(im not saying here that it was a good idea on my side) but in my opinion this isnt permanent ban worthy and i made it so you couldnt clearly identify who it was

With regards to an enforcement action, unfortunately no one here on the forums is able to help with enforcement issues. You might receive an email stating further details as to why you got an enforcement action.

For others, your gamerpic could be offending or recognized by someone if it is really the cause of your suspension. On cases like this, you can also log in to https://enforcement.xbox.com to see the reason and duration of the action as well as open a case review to appeal about the enforcement action you received. You can also check this page for Enforcement action FAQ's https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/family-onli...

Note: Case review is only available for suspensions longer than 24 hours.

You're welcome! I totally understand where you are coming from as I am a fellow gamer like you.

I am afraid we really cannot do anything about it here in the community, we are just fellow members here without tools to check on such thing as Enforcement action, the only means to appeal about an enforcement decision is by visiting the page https://enforcement.xbox.com if you can file a case review from there you can appeal about this suspension you have received.

I really am sad... I joined a game because he told me to.. And i was just in a no gravity lobby "private match" for accepting a game invite. I really really hope i don't get permanently banned. I was trolling people and I really did accidentally activate
them.. I would never hack ON PURPOSE FOR ANY REASON. I swear on my life i wasn't using them on purpose.. I can't hack, I don't know how to activate them, I am truly just a kid.. I really don't see why I am gonna get a punishment for an accident. I am seriously
gonna cry if i get permanently banned.
