    Try redeeming the code on the Xbox Live website. Login to the Xbox website, then go to view profile, then click redeem code.

    It's very easy to redeem a code, you can redeem it and your own Xbox One.

    Press the Xbox button  to open the guide and select Store .

    Press the View button  to open the side menu and select Redeem
    .
    Enter the 25-character code, select Next and follow the instructions.
