How to view expiration of Microsoft Account balance?

I'd like to know how much if any of my balance has expired when MS Points became dollars as Microsoft Store balances. They converted my MSP to dollars and gave it an expiration date, but now the page where I used to be able to view my balance history is
gone (commerce.microsoft.com). All I can see is my order history and it doesn't reflect expiration of points, but I fairly sure I did lose some. Any ideas?

Purchased points don't expire. Any points you get through promotions can have expiration dates. Typically, points expire within thirty days of the date you get them. To view any points in your account that have expiration dates, go
to the Billing and Account Management page, sign in with your Windows Live ID, and then click Microsoft Pointsunder Stored Credits. If you have points that are expiring in the next thirty days, you can click View expiring points to view the points and
their expiration dates.

Note

You can only see points that are expiring in the next 30 days.

You can change your Order History to show different types of transactions (Digital, Returned, etc). If it doesn't show anything on any of those you'd have to try contacting support and speak to billing. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or Sign in to your Microsoft account

 

Their commerce site is gone. I suppose I could call them but its not that important, if its expired anyway.

 

The commerce site is still active. If it's not coming up for you, you may want to try clearing your browser's cookies/cache or try another browser.
