How to view Custome Profile Pictures again? Xbox.com profile won't let me see my friends list.

Does anyone have an answer or can help?

I have same problem. My custom profile picture changed. But now, anytime I sign in on the profile with the custom pic, I can't see it. I just see the default Xbox one I had prior to the change. But apparently everyone else sees my custom picture. Even
when I sign into other profiles on this Xbox I can see the custom pic, but when I'm signed in on my main one, I don't see it. I remove my profile, power cycled, add my profile again, nothing. I see a snake profile picture on my Xbox, and on my PC, when login
on xbox.com. But my friends see my custom profile picture (Bela Lugosi, Dracula).

Just to double check

• There are 2 options when you edit your profile picture
  
  

• • Gamer picture - this is the picture others see when viewing your profile
    
  • Personal picture - this is the picture your friends and you see when viewing your profile
    

Are those both set to the Bills?

If so, try these steps:

1. Clear your system cache
   
2. Restart your console
3. Download your profile
   

That may help bump the system to update your profile. Please let us know how that goes.

Hey there Triclonz! What type of profile picture is it? If it's a custom profile pic, only your friends can see it. Also, how long ago did you update it? It can take some time for it to update on Xbox.com. It's not immediate.

Follow the link in my Signature and you will see even when they sold the Vision Camera, they specifically advertised that as a feature but never delivered. The closest option was a custom Friend's List only photo, and yet the box clearly shows good old
MyGamerCard.net which used Microsoft's own developer APIs for Xbox.com and was only allowed to show Public Profile pictures, not Friends pictures, thus the box was clearly false advertisement.
