How to utilize Xbox console streaming without risk?

Judging by how the OP is describing the issue, I think they mean they are streaming via the Xbox Twitch.TV app which allows you to stream direct from the console to Twitch without any other hardware/software

Hi, the ban only affects the actual console that was banned, you could buy another xbox 360 or indeed the xbox one without risk of the ban carrying over to the new console.

We thank you for bringing these inquiries to our forums community, and understand that this concerns using your 10TB hard drive on your Xbox One X console without having to reformat the drive, and whether streaming from Xbox One to a Windows PC has any delay.

Unfortunately, without backing up the data on your hard drive to another device or PC, you would have to reformat the hard drive in order to utilize the space for storing movies and shows which of course would mean clearing out the already stored data currently
on the hard drive.

You can stream yt with your xbox as long as you have a streaming card attached to you console. Without that it is not possible. Thats a decision Microsoft made. This should be made as with mixer there is a own streaming service on your console.
