How to use US MSP Codes on UK Xbox Live Account ?

Unfortunately prepaid codes purchased from different regions will not be able to be redeemed on your account. You will need to purchase codes for the region that you are located in (United Kingdom). It is not recommended to change the region of your
account to any location other than the region you are physically located in. Changing your location to a different region other than where you are physically located in may cause account issues.

Change your story more please.



Post 1) Friend gave me US account, and I can't purchase MSP on it with UK Credit Card.

Why are you doing this? Paying someone.



Post 4) My firend gave me the US account. My account is suspsended becuase I owe money.

Then just pay your account, since you were paying for MSP anyway.

If you don't have a credit card, then how did you have an issue with your UK credit card?

I said you were putting MSP on the US account to pay your US firend. If you are not using pre-paid cards, THEN YOU MUST BE USING A CREIT CARD!

I've code for MSP, but it's for US and it won't work in my account.

I fail to see how the points you purchased for the UK account are rendered useless. You can still use them on content that is not REGION RESTRICTED. In order to buy the Black Ops Map Packs you must actually live in the same region
as your account region. That is how region restricted content works.



Your only choices here are one of two:



1-Create a new Australian account (to reflect where you live as well) and add Australian MSP to it then download the map pack(s).



2-Go back to the UK and download the content with your UK account.

Codes as far as I know are not region locked. I've had a few US only codes that I used perfectly fine on my account. Pretty sure you can buy US marketplace points aswell to use on UK marketplace, etc.

LAbeezeyboyy if your Xbox 360 is a US Xbox 360, using a US account, you should still be using the US marketplace. When I lived in China, using a UK Xbox 360 and my UK account, I was still able to download everything from the UK marketplace.
