How to use two mics on one console?

HI,

My wife and I are playing Diablo 4 local coop on series X. We want to use headsets to keep the noise down as our kids are sleeping nearby. We can get the headsets to work and audio to come in for each, but cannot get mics to work. I've set up a party chat and double/triple checked that no one is muted either digitally in the party or physically on the headsets.

Is there a way for two people on one console to talk to eachother via mic?

I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing issues game sharing with your family.

To be able to share your games and subscriptions with your family members playing on the Series S, you'd need to:

- Sign in with your account on the Series S
- On your account, go to Settings > General > Personalization > My Home Xbox > Make this my home Xbox. This will allow other profiles on the console access to your purchased games and subscriptions.

* If you are getting a "You started playing somewhere else" or a "You are already playing on a different Xbox" error, please pay special attention to the following points.

- While still on your account, go to Settings > Account > Sign-in, security & PIN > and make sure your profile is not selected under "Instant sign-in" and "This controller signs in". You'll need to check "This controller signs in" for each controller your family members will be using on the Series S.
- I'd also recommend creating a PIN for your profile and then selecting "Ask for my PIN" from the "Change my sign-in and security preferences" section. This way you'll be able to prevent users on the Series S from signing in to your account while you are playing on the Series X.

If your settings were set according to the instructions above and you're still having issues, I'd appreciate it if you could tell me a bit more about what you are experiencing while playing on your Series X. I'd be happy to help.

Same problem. I've tried 4 controllers, two adapters, two mics...nothing. How do I get a replacement console?
