How to use game bought by husband?

You can't as the game is associated with his account and there is no game sharing in Windows 10.

Should be like this

Xbox 1 your account, your xbox home your husband plays on this with his account. Your account does not need to be signed in.

Xbox 2 your husband account, your husbands home xbox you play on this with your account.

Any game bought on any xbox can be used on both.

Last night my husband and my son were playing xbox live when some people started messing with them. They started blocking them from doing anything in the game. When my husband waited them out to leave the game after they left they messaged mt husband and
said good luck with the 24 hour hold and have fun paying another $10 for your gamertag. THen all of a sudden my husbands gamer tag was changed . I don't undrstand how some punk kids (i have to ssume they are kids by how they acted) could have this type of
control.. How do I file a formal complaint against these peope (i have their gamertags) and how does my husband get his gamertag back?

Was the game bought on your account? Did your husband also buy it?

If he hasn't bought the game, he won't have access to the game until the game is fully released. Early access is only available to the account that purchased the game.
