How to use controller

Hi, I'm a noob.

I am typing in my email and password for EA access.

Questions:

1. If I make a mistake, how do I go from one section to another? Let's say I type in my email. Then, I hit "enter"and it takes me to the next field. How do I go back (and forth) to the email to amend a typo?

2. I am giving my child EA access, while typing in my age, I pressed something wrong and it took me another place. How do I go back to change my date of birth?

3. How do I allow my child access without having to select parent permission each time?

In many places to go back to previous field you can hit the "enter" button ( the one next to the big X on the right) and than you can move the cursor to the field you need to change. In other situation hit "enter" than B and than move cursor. Place it on
the field to correct and start to type.

1. Usually the B is used to go Back. It may depend on the setting/process, but that usually works.

2. Changing the Date of Birth can be different per service and how far you are in the process.

If it's the Origin account Date of Birth then it can be done via:

If you want to change your Date of birth, try the following:

Go to www.origin.com and Login.

Go to My Account. Next, About Me >> Basic Information and Edit.

Enter your secret answer for your security question (If have it) and
change your Date of Birth.

If the Date of Birth for EA Access is linked to the Xbox Live Account (Microsoft Account) then these steps should be it:

3. You can change the settings what a child can or can not do etc via for example the steps here:

As far as I know it should be possible to have your child be able to sign in and play the games they are allowed to without you having to grant access each and every time, but it's all depending on the settings.
