How to use a Xbox Controller only in games ?

This sounds like your controller might be pulling up the virtual keyboard from Steam and not Windows. If you have Steam installed on your computer, would you mind giving this a try?

- Open your Steam window
- Go to Settings > Controller > Desktop Layout > Edit > Edit layout > Joysticks
- Scroll down to the Left Joystick click function
- If this is set to "Show Keyboard", click on the gear icon and select "Remove command"

Is the controller a wireless controller or wired? If it is wireless, how are you connecting it? If by using the play & charge kit, then the Xbox 360 controller will not work, as the cable is only recognized on PC for charging only. You need to use a Xbox
360 Wireless adapter for PC to connect a wireless Xbox 360 controller to your PC.

If i put in my Xbox controller in Fifa it shows 2 controllers how do i fix it?

Are you for sure playing on an Xbox or are you using an Xbox controller on a PC? I researched this issue and could only find it being reported on PC versions of the game.
