How to upload proof against cheaters on Xbox.

How exactly do I do that? Do I need to send proof of that person I report cheating? I’ve already filed complaints against the cheater but he still comes on everyday and I want to get rid of him for good.

Gamertags and bios/mottos are a lot easier to notice than someone cheating. It's also not a federal crime to packet flood someone's connection. Yes, older games have a lot of cheaters in them but that is something you have to take up with the developer/publisher
and not Microsoft. In order for Microsoft to take action against the alleged cheaters there needs to be concrete proof which is harder to supply than you believe.

Why would you expose yourself ? As a 100% confirmed cheater....

A cheat engine file for Forza Horizon 5, A Microsoft Xbox Studio Game and you show this screenshot on Microsoft Xbox support forum, and i bet the cheat engine is used for the other games i can see. 100% proof of a cheater.

Look, I played a lot of H3 before Reach came out. My K/D was horrendous (0.52). I'm a newcomer to Halo gaming (since 2009). I'm trying my best to play up skill-wise against players and pros despite my deafness. But it's the cheaters who are making difficult
for me (and others) to play even skill-wise. Can you suppose professional football players playing against JV high school football players and expect the latter to beat the former skill-wise? No. I'm just giving you an idea there.
