    How to update Xbox Game Pass payment


    Hey there...I'm not sure how the xbox store works arround the world but here is the deal:

    I DONT HAVE A CREDIT/DEBIT CARD OK? i've got money, just money, that paper you know?

    Well since i dont have R$200 that is the price for the standard edition of forza horizon 4 ive bought a R$50 gift card and added to my account. Worked fine for 30 days and then expired..i was out of money so couldn't buy another one at the time. Now i've bought
    another R$50 gift card and added the money to my account..while i was trying to pay my bills to update the 30 days i just cant, because you guys tell me to insert a backup payment method (credit or debit card).

    What am I suppose to do microsoft?

    I believe you can buy the codes from retailers like gamestop and bestbuy. But if you've already put the money on the account, there is no way to turn it back into cash.

    well yep, thanks for the information and honestly thank you to all comunity here, you guys are quick and super able to help me!!

    I've woke this morning and while i was going to search for support i saw that the problem was already solved.

    Like magic i've checked my subscription to xbox pass and it was on again, being used the live store wallet money to purchase.

    Xbox Customer Support in regards to this issue so that they can walk you through updating your payment instruments or having them possibly assist you in simply paying for the
    subscription over the phone. Simply follow that link and request to chat with an agent or request a callback.
