    How to update warranty information?


    I have been trying to figure out how to contact Microsoft support in order to have the warranty information for my Xbox updated, but it's only going around in circles. Can somebody please help since I'm unable to contact support directly.

    Support would be the only ones who can help. You can request a call back or chat with them at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you don't see those option, change your category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works.

    Hello, I would call in again and speak with a live rep. We cant get into your account from here. Someone needs to look at account to see whats going on and if you need to have these services added back to your account. Especially if they havent refreshed
    and been added back after the 4 days. Let us know please if the issues has been fixed for you.
