how to update reported issue in Service order

Dear

i have an issue on LB button, however , when i reported the issue i mentioned it as issue in trigger. later i came to know that RB/LB are called Bumpers. is there any way to change the issue description?

Hello ybaghabra, As this forum is public viewing and unfortunately as independent consultants we do not have access there is some data.

Ypur order of service has already been opened and you have already sent your control, or will even send it, in any case the ideal is to contact the Xbox support, pass to them your order number you have when you opened the service order so they can find your case and make an update.

Was there an update recently installed? Sometimes updates cause other software issues that need to be reported as a bug in order to create a patch.

Hi, I started a service order but there is not enough space to report the problem in detail so I did not finish it - thinking that they won't be able to fix it. How should I explain this to them?
