How to update minecraft (1.3 GB) On xbox 360

None of thoese worked, and it has gotten worse, so it has to do with a system update and I read other forums and it said I should use Rb Lb X Rb Lb and now I have no wifi on the xbox until i get it updated but the update wont work so i cant use my account or any online games now
