How to unsuspend my microsoft rewards account

I understand you are having issues with your rewards account. Unfortunately, here on the community forum, all members are also users like you. And we do not have access to validate your account.

Regarding account suspension, there are a couple of possible reasons.

1. Your account has been detected to violate the Rewards terms of service.
a. Use a third-party app, such as a VPN, to access different reward markets
b. Use multiple accounts when using the program on the same device
c. Use tools or search for random words or letters to earn points faster
2. There is a glitch with the rewards program, resulting in your account being misidentified as violating the terms of service.

You could also check your email account to see if there were any email reports, also check your spam folder and do the following:

-try to ask the exact reason for the ban by replying to the response email.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We are sorry for the issue with rewards. Only way to reach rewards team, is to fill out a

rewards request form. as this is the only way to get ahold of the rewards, I will be locking this thread. Due to there nothing more we can do here on the forums.

Just want to set your expectations that a reply from Microsoft Rewards Support may take weeks due to the high volume of tickets they receive every day.
