How to unpermban my Xbox account that's been banned for 1 and a half year?

My account has been banned for like a year and a half n it was because some looser made me mad and I cursed him out then he reported me so I would like to know how to unban it because I have my Fortnite locker GTA mw3 mw2 and all da og black oops and more and thats messed up that anyone nerd on the game can do that so please help

Nothing anyone can do.

You need to appeal a ban within a year of it being issued.If it's been a year & a half then it can't be appealed.

It has been like half - 1 year from when i was able to access the account.

damn, i feel your pain. i was hacked on september 25th. i had over a year and a half left on my account. hacker bought a family plan and points and transferred them to their account. you would think that it would ring a bell that a person buys a family plan
when they still have over a year and a half of service left. but the even dumber thing is that, it updated my account to the 1 year gold for family plan, basically saying my origianl remaining time would have been lost. how dumb is that...

I have not been suspended or banned??? They just keep locking my account and I have to get a code sent to a phone every time. How is that getting banned? I have called Xbox support 4 times over the last 2 and a half weeks and they claim it has been passed
to someone else. And that I would hear from them within 3 days. That was over 2 weeks ago. If my account was banned I wouldn't be able to log into it at all. So how am I banned? I am not
