How to unlink xbox account from disabled EA account?

You should be able to unlink your Xbox account from your EA account by signing into your EA Account and under your profile info you should see all the linked profiles.

I can't get into my EA account anymore though. So is there a way I can do this from my Xbox account?

Unlinking Xbox account from EA account is done exclusively in EA dedicated platform based on the process established by EA support and here in Microsoft, we do not have the option to revert this process. As per EA official support page, "If your account has been disabled, banned, or suspended, you won’t be able to unlink your platform account from your EA Account." The account connection is created on EA's side, therefore it can only be unlinked from EA's side.

When signing in to the EA website, choose to login with your Xbox profile. This should allow you to access the linked EA account.
