    How to unlink EA account from my Xbox


    Hi, I really hope someone can help me with this problem.

    I no have access to the email of my EA account created 2008 and I want to unlink that account from my Xbox so I can link the new one with all my correct details.

    I log into EA account using the Xbox logo, I can get in, but I can't unlink the account because they send a code to my old email for the verification, but I no have access to this email, this email has been deleted.

    I try to contact the EA customer care service, but they need too many additional info to prove my identity and some of them I can't remember because the account was made 17 years ago, how I can remember?

    There is another way to unlink this EA account from Xbox system?

    My XBOX Game Pass PC account is tied to unknown EA Account's email that is not mine.

    The account connection is created on EA's side, therefore it can only be unlinked from EA's side.

    When signing in to the EA website, choose to login with your Xbox profile. This should allow you to access the linked EA account.

    Unfortunately, there is no way to unlink your Xbox account from your EA account without signing into the EA website and unlinking it from there.

    If you don't remember your EA account credentials, please go to the EA website and click to sign in. On the sign in page, select the Xbox logo and try to sign in using your Xbox account. If they are still linked, you should sign in to your EA account. From there, go to Connections and unlink the accounts.
