I have windows8 (hate it) but have had this problem several times. I now uninstall the programme. Turn off my lap tap turn back on, go into store and reinstall the programme. If you're registered with Xbox all your previous results reappear after the first
game.

I updated yesterday the app and after i tried to broadcast my xbox stopped responding and starting games. i forced to turn off the xbox. After i uninstalled and reinstalled the app and now wrks very well.

Uninstall game, turn off your Internet connection, restar xbox, intall game from disc, run game, after this you can turn Internet on again

Occasionally my screen will have no display, but audio is fine, and to get it back I switch my 4K TV off with the remote and turn it back on and it reappears ok.
