How to unificate a xbox account to another one

Hello Jack, what "Alias" does is replace the current email or use one another with your current one, this is not a unification of accounts, in fact it is not possible to unify (merge) accounts.

This is because each is a unique identity, if you have 3 accounts with 3 different Gamertags, you will not be able to join the 3 so that only one Gamertag.

Don't know if this is related to the current Issue with the Store. The unification of xbox and Windows Store seamed to have invoked some issues. I hope it works soon, also to know the correct price for my location and if it's worth it.

Please double check if copilot is disabled for the controllers.
For this go to Settings > Accessibility > Controller.
Once there select Copilot settings > make sure that the feature is disabled / unchecked

If the feature is not enabled please try power cycling your console
1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
2. Unplug the console's power cable from the console and from the power outlet. Wait 5 minutes.
Important: Be sure to wait at least 5 minutes. This step resets the power supply.
3. Plug the console power cable back in.
4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

After that, re-pair the controllers and try again
