    How to fully turn off?

    the xbox one is automaticaly set to update any games that updates or any system updates it will have it installed by the time you log back on you can set it to power off in the settings menu also if you disconnect the kinnect it will fully shut off it stays
    in stand by for the xbox on command. turning off the command does not work with the new update it will still turn on there are still a few bugs needing to work out on microsofts end. also if you are worried about it not shutting off once it has lights out
    you can unplug the xbox form the outlet and know for sure it wont be turning on or listning.

    How to fully turn off?

    I turned my Xbox One off, the xbox logo light turns off but you can still hear it going. Just would like to know if this is normal or just a setting that's on.

    Go to my game and app. Then go to apps. Then go to settings. Then go to display and sound. And then un mark allow 50Hz refresh rate. And then it will work for you from there and out.

    Thanks for coming to the forums with your question. In most cases there really isn't a way. The only way would be to resync with a different console, but then you will have to re-sync to your console every time. I scoured the settings there is no way to
    turn off the controller from turning on console.

    Not 100% sure on this but if its sync'd then I dont think so.

    If the controller wasnt synced to the xbox it would be fine.

    Maybe someone else will be able to help but I couldn't find anything else when checking quickly
