    I'm actually having the same problem on my digital copies of both Spiderman Homecoming and Venom but only on xbox live video for the 360. No issues with it on my xbox one or other formats for my digital copies just the 360.

    No its not an actor or director commentary. Its for the visually impaired. I read other threats with the same problem but there was no resolution and its a download from microsoft there is no physical dvd. I already tried turning the captions on and off
    but it does not seem to work
