How to transfer score to an account? Currently playing Solitaire Collection on Guest Mode

We understand that you wanted to transfer the score or the achievement from the guest mode to an account. Let us see how we can help.

We have found an official article provided by the game developer support that outline how to move your guest sign-in to an Xbox Live account. If you have been playing as a Guest and decide you would like to sign-in with a Microsoft Xbox Live Account to play across multiple devices, you can easily merge your play history, so you don't lose any previous progress you have made in the game.

Note: You can only sync your Guest Account information with the Xbox Live Account once. Please follow the instructions below in sequential order.

1. Create or use an existing Xbox Live Account.
   
   • Note: If you are creating a new Xbox Live account - gamertags are randomly generated. If you want to change the gamertag you're given click here for instructions and follow the "Via xbox.com" steps.
     
2. Launch the game from the device you have been playing on as a Guest.
   
3. Select the profile image and sign-in with an Xbox Live Account.
   
   • The device’s accumulated data will then sync to the Xbox Live Account.
     
4. Once the new Xbox Live Account is synced with your previous Guest play data, play & complete one game to be sure the data is fully merged and saved to the cloud.
   
5. To see your progress on another device, sign into the second device with the same Xbox Live Account.

Solitaire collection has not updated scoring for third day. The calendar has the check marks indicating I played all of the previous days games but scoring is not reflected.

Same thing is happening for me. I also have to run solitaire in guest mode.

Microsoft Solitare Collection will not reload after closure as it cannot reopen the Xbox data. The first load of the game works perfectly but close it and reopen it later and it will not load, Solitare attempts to access the User data, saved scores and games played etc but fails to load and freezes. I have proven that the cause is the XBox data as I can log the User out of the Xbox and play Solitaire as a guest, go out and reload it as many as you want but no scores or data is kept. I have tried all troubleshooting including, reset both Solitare and XBox, remove and reinstall. Etc. I have also contacted other users in this Region (Australia) all are having the same issues. Can you help please. Solitaire Version: 4.9.5170.0 Xbox Version: 2105.1001.19.0
