How to transfer Fall Out 4 add-on from a user to another one

Hi,

We used to have 1 Xbox One (belongs to my son). All the game were saved on the drive and the external drive that we bought. My daughter is playing Fall Out 4 under her brothers name tag because we they using the same name tag/ Xbox live Gold account. I bought
the add-on for Fallout 4. We saved it on the external drive.

Recently we bought another Xbox one has a gift for my daughter. She has now her own name tag and Xbox live gold account.

We transfer all the data + add-on from the external drive of the original Xbox one to her Xbox one S drive.

Everything is there but she can’t play the add-on of Fall Out 4 with her account, she has to be log under her brother account in order to be able to do it.

Is there something we need to do different?

How to transfere live account from one user to another

You would have to contact support and have them cancel the purchase so you can purchase it on the correct account. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or Contact Us | Xbox Support

Nothing can be transferred between accounts. You can have your son set your daughter's console as his Home console and she should be able to access it. My Home Xbox Setting on Xbox One | Share Your Xbox One

Unfortunately it is impossible to transfer a suscription from one account to another

But you can still share the suscription through the home xbox feature.

Press the Xbox button  on your controller to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Personalization, and then select My home Xbox.

Select Make this my home Xbox.

After that, the suscription will be shared with all profiles on that console .)
