How to toggle Pressing a single letter key?

    Hello,

I would like to spam one of the hotkey letters (e.g. K) in my keyboard. How do I toggle it, instead of keep pressing it? and then toggling again should stop the spam.

    :)

How to toggle Pressing a single letter key?

Hi there! I'm more than happy to help you out!

Please try to do the following steps:

You'll need to start by downloading and installing AutoHotkey, which is a simple scripting language that allows you to create easy scripts. Once you do that, right-click anywhere and choose New --> AutoHotkey Script.

Once you've done that, paste the script from the link: www.howtogeek.com/97998/how-to-make-your-computer-press-a-key-every-x-seconds/

Note/Disclaimer: This is a non-Microsoft website. The page appears to be providing accurate, safe information. Watch out for ads on the site that may advertise products frequently classified as a PUP (Potentially Unwanted Products). Thoroughly research any product advertised on the site before you decide to download and install it.

This simple script will wait every 30 minutes and press the Spacebar. You can adjust the 1800000 number above to the amount of milliseconds required.

(Warning: Don't set a very low number of milliseconds. For example, if you set the time to 10 milliseconds, the script will press the Spacebar one hundred times per second, which could cause obvious problems.)

Save the file name as whatever you'd like, and then double-click on it to run it.

    Kind regards,
    Stephanie

    • On the sign-in screen, select the Ease of accessbutton in the lower-right corner, and turn on the toggle under Narrator.
