Thank you for trying to help me with this. However, there is no "troubleshoot" or "system diagnostics" to be found by following your instructions. By pressing the xbox button you can get to the "guide". Then by pressing the upper right button you can get to a list of options that has "settings" in it. Under "settings" when "system" is selected it brings you to a list of six or more options to select under system. In "system" "console info" and "updates" are two different options that can be selected, they are not the same as you said. You can select one or the other. They are not the same. You can select either "console info" or "updates" and neither one of those has any option at all for "troubleshoot" or "system diagnostics" under them at all.
