    How to tell if you appealed a suspension successfully


    So I recieved a 4 day ban for a profile picture I had.. it's my first ever offense and I cannot play multiplayer, communicate or upload on the Xbox network. I think I put an appeal in but can't see if it sent or what I sent in. Also why would this affect my multiplayer experience? The new expansion for destiny 2 is coming out tomorrow and I'm not able to play my $140 purchase now. I wasn't aware that my picture would be offensive nor it would cause issues like this. Any help is appreciated

    Hello CarbineGeorge, Unfortunately its not possible.

    If you received this suspension from the Enforcement and no appeal option appears, you will not be able to submit it.

    Enforcement is a department apart from this Community and Xbox service, is not possible for us to access to your account and Enforcement details to check or handle with your ban or suspension.

    As this forum is public viewing and unfortunately as independent consultants we do not have access there is some data or your account, we cannot specify the actual reason or verify precisely what the reason for your suspension or ban or remove your ban or suspension.

    My name is welcome to the community.

    Hello Athena, bans and suspensions are made by Enforcement, only they can tell you something about the ban, the appeal for suspension can be made directly on the Enforcement website.

    Log in here https://enforcement.xbox.com/

    You will see a large yellow box on the left with a yellow handshake icon inside. By clicking on the yellow handshake, you will have some options to appeal the suspension and lift it. Please note that only suspensions of more than 24 hours can be appealed.

    Support are nothing to do with xbox live enforcement & can not help so contacting them will do nothing.

    The only way to appeal a ban/suspension is by filing for a case review on the enforcement site,which you have done.

    You only get one appeal,which you have used,so your son will just have to wait out the suspension.

    Thanks, but the virtual agent keeps telling me that enforcement can only be dealt with on the enforcement web page. The enforcement page doesn't allow any way of appealing. The suspension was lifted as soon as we completed the action button but unfortunately it is still on his record.
