So far I pre-ordered 2 games and bought one this month and not sure if it counts the preorders for when game comes out or right now. Can someone clarify this or tell me how much I spent/still need to spend to qualify.

I can confirm that since your purchases were made after opting in, they qualify for this offer, and your most recent purchase on the 6th should complete it. However, we are currently experiencing a delay in our purchase information that caused us to only
receive your purchases on the 3rd and 4th of this month only recently. You should see progress for those purchases soon.

However, since it takes us up to 96 hours to fully process new information, you should see the completion of this offer by the 11th, after we fully process your purchase on the 6th. Apologies for the confusion.

 

I also paid for a complete season of a show I believe 19.99 and Halo Wars 2 59.99. Nothing has appeared for me either. I can not tell if both purchases qualified or anything.

Nope..that doesn't work. I tried the link you put and it showed 0 recent purchases, but yet from my xbox.com profile it shows all my recent purchases including the ones that I haven't received credit for after 6 days now...sooooo next solution
