How to take legal actiom

My son was approached via message from a person who asked his age. He told this person 9. She told him she was 22. She told him that she has a live web cam and she would do a private show . Sent him a link and told him to turn up
the speaker because she gets loud once she gets going. Then she said she's be right back....going to grab some "toys". I have already reported this but want to take legal action. She knowingly solicited a child. What can I do? Thank God he didn't click on
anything.

i'm sure 90 percent of players/custumors unknowingly agreed to the terms, it's ridiculous the amount of money some of us invest into microsoft only to have it unwillingly stripped away, i have hundreds of titles attached to my gamer tag that i'm now forced
to play alone, without a doubt no threat was ever made on my part nor have i ever cheated so to have a communication ban lasting over 3 months is injust and unfair, i will aggressively seek out legal counsel, and if indeed i am truly and deeply in the wrong
here then i do apologize

I'm sorry that this has happened. The best thing you can do is contact your local law enforcement. They can work with Xbox in situations like these.

Enforcement team never read the forums and they cant have a direct comms with the person they are enforcing because it is prone to abuse to the staff.

Enforcement actioms are taken because in a way you broke the TOS and you get a penalty for that, when you agreed to be part of Xbox Live Services it says that Microsoft takes enforcement action to individuals that dont follow the rules of their services,
it is that simple.

This has happened to me before, but if you just wait a while it may fix itself up. If that fails, try uninstalling and reinstalling AJ. You won't lose any of your current games.
