How to sue Monopolysoft for stealing money?

Also, its kind of a fraud from Microsoft as it steal my store money!! I can't buy anymore and can't transfer!! This is an illegal action!! Do I have to sue Microsoft or what? No support?

Microsoft should not be able to automatically renew your subscription if the subscription was prepaid. But if you say that you were charged on an account that you no longer use then the best course of action would be to cancel that subscription immediately if you were charged just recently.

Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.

Go to Profile & System> Settings > Account > Subscriptions.

Choose the subscription that you want to manage, and then follow the steps to cancel. If eligible, you may be prompted to initiate a refund for your subscription.

If you are not given an option for a refund despite the charge being recent then the next best thing would be to contact support.
